Being sure that you hire the right company to build a heavy duty structure to your home is key , leaks can be created from screws that do not get properly caulked and or flashed correctly along the fascia . Left un-caulked the water then leaks into the fascia , which can greatly reduce the structural integrity of the enclosure. Attention to detail is paramount !!+
